    Crossposted from the Igaming list:

The IGA are very proud to announce....

    A Very Cringable Christmas.

On the 11th December for all of us gamers, friends, family and hangers-on to forget about the politics and the arguments and to unwind and celebrate another successful year of gaming, con going and charity events. So come one come all.

Appearing at this event there will be the DAS ROCK comeback tour.

The party is starting at 8pm in the Living Room Bar (Cathal Brugha Street) with the Band going on at about 9 - 9.30 after that we will change seats to Fibbers where there will be a DJ (Colm Lundberg) till late, there will be a cover charge of E5 which will be going into the IGA charity fund to further the cause.

Also on the night there will be drinks promotions and a raffle for a hamper and other fantastic prizes.

Please forward this onto any other people or lists that you think would appreciate the invitation.

Looking forward to seeing you all there,

    Taryn
    IGA Charity Officer"

Before this disappears off the bottom of the forum....

....pop along to this thing and support the IGA on Saturday night. It'll be fun. I can't make it, unfortunately, but there will be music and stuff to drink and things on sticks (bring your own sticks....and possibly things...).

It does, but no matter how long you argue with the bar staff, they won't deep fry them in batter for you.

By the way, thanks to all those who turned up on the night, and to Gav of the 4th Dimension FLGS, who donated the raffle prize. Over €900 was raised on the night for the IGA's charity fund.

    Cheers,

    Bastun
