    Hi!

I'm wondering if anyone has any positive (or negative) experience in going to hypnotherapy for weight problems?

I'm skeptical myself but willing to give it a go.

If you had any names or numbers for the Dublin/Wicklow area that would be brilliant. I've had a look at the links at the top already.

    Thank you!

I tried it a few years ago. Spent the whole time wondering why i was feeling very relaxed but still in full possesion of my faculties. Didn't work for me.
Since joined weight watchers & lost 5 stone after very traumatic experience made me decide to lose the weight so i do firmly believe that it is all in the mind. Once your mindset is right i think we can achieve anything.
Good luck to you whichever you decide to do......

I find the best way to lose weight is to stop eating fatty things and excercise.

Seriously, give it a shot

yep. it does. my g/f tried all the patches and crap (as well as willpower alone) to quit, and she had no luck till she read that alan carr book. she's been off them 9 months now.
