Best moment of the year:wexfords goal at the very, very end of the leinster semi v kilkenny

Team of the year: cork hurlers, coming back after defeat last year and the acrimony the year before

Fight of the year: does the fight before the start of the second test v australia count?

Funniest moment of the year: that jack russel running after the ball in the second test v australia

10) Moment ( worst or best ) of the year. To beat clare in Thurles in the replay despite the physical dirty aggressive tactics topped off with venomous insults & spitting. To a man KK supporters waited in the ground to applause the team in afterwards. Something that happens rarely with KK fans.

3) Game of the year - hmm probably the leinster final

4) Fight of the year - Probably during International rules

5) Funniest moment of the year - Micheal O Muirheartaigh commentating on some guys hat that blew onto the field during the AI football final. Hilarious!

6) Player of the year - Colm Cooper

7) Young player of the year - the fermanagh goalie. Tinney wasn't it

8) Pundits feck up of the year - Can't think of one straight away but im sure Joe Brolly probably made a few during the year

I don't know why Fermanagh are getting so many "crap team done good of the year" votes. They are a very good side. History might tell us otherwise, but then again if that was the case, Germany would still be full of Nazi's.

You're right, but it's probably more of a "team least expected to do well that did well" scenario than "Crap team" comment from most.
