Anyone had to return stuff to these guys before? Got my first order from them the other day, but they sent the wrong motherboard. They've given me an RMA number, but it looks like they expect *me* to pay for the carriage!!!! Surely this can't be right? Anyone had this crap before?

Yup, and they'll take forever sending you your replacement. They're a shower of ... wait... no... I'm too nice to say anything.

    Good luck.

Maybe I could get a refund and buy from someone else?

you could try scanning the receipt for the return of the item and sending that to them via email. But yea, they expect the customer to pay to return goods initially.

if they sent you the wrong product then the responsibility should be with them to pay for shipping their mistake back to them so you can get what you ordered in the first place.

I've only had to rma an mx510 through them so far and it took 2 and a half weeks
