Argos 69 Euro hand-held TV - any good?

Well, as the title says. What I am thinking of is at the Grand Prix next year when you get stuck far away from a screen - bring one of these jobbies with me and tune into a local TV station that is showing the race. I have heard mixed reports on these hand-held tv's - any advice will be appreciated.
