    Every day we hear about soccer & other sports but we rarely hear about Strongest man competition & body building So please let's work togather to make a section for this sport.ronnie_14.jpg

    Best thing to do is use this forum for the moment to build up a following and if you can show the admins there is a demand for it then they will probably section off a forum for it.

    I don't have much interest in body building for its own sake, but I have a great interest in strength training for specific sports, in my case chess. :D

    Only kidding. My interests lie in strength training for Athletics and football. If you get a good looking body out of it, so much the better.

    I'm always glued to those strongman competitions when the beeb have them on. Why doesn't Ireland have any entrants? Why do small countries like Finland, Norway and Iceland do so well?
