    hey guys!

    I'm thinking of buying ihp-140.

there are 2 places that I'm thinking of buy it from,

    www.mx2.co.uk or www.mp3players.co.uk

the difference is 20 euro(mx2 is cheaper), but mp3player has a good reputation, people have reported, they have returned products that went bad without problems and got replacements but I know nothing about mx2,

my question is: if you have ordered from mx2, how are they? when/if you had problems, was it easy to deal with them? were they fast to fix the problems?

    Thanks!

I bought mine from MX2 a few weeks ago. No problems with the player - it's great. Delivery was a little on the slow side, but plenty of other people here said they got their's in a few days, so I think I was probably just unlucky.

I also got mine from mx2 a good while ago now, really quick although with christmas coming up the wait will probably be longer.

I have heard a bit of mixed info on MX2's delivery time recently. Anyone have more feedback??
For that matter, what's mp3player's delivery time like?
Amazon have them for £240 without the delivery but at least I know what their delivery is like.

On a side-note. I remember seeing a while back that Harvey-Normans had them for a decent price. Anyone know is they still do and how much?

P.S I am also planning on getting one. :)

IMHO the way they handle their customers is more important then delivery times :)

one more thing, some guys reported a while back that those players IHP series were discontinued, that is wrong! they were just renamed to, h120 and h140.

The cheap Harvey Norman's price was a misprint and the real price is higher than any of the websites mentioned here

I ordered an iriver from mx2 a few weeks ago. I oredered on a monday and received on a friday. Last tuesday I ordered a iriver h320. I havn't received it yet. I see on www.advancedmp3players.co.uk that they have a h320 STG259 lite and a h320 STG279. The difference being that
"The H320 Lite does not include the iRiver Docking Station, External Battery Pack or Remote Control that is featured with the full version of the iRiver H320."
I didn't know there was a difference last week when I ordered. Does anyone know which one mx2 sell?

    here's what they include,

    - Remote Control
    - External Microphone
    - Carry Case
    - Headphones
    - USB 2.0 Cable
    - USB Host Cable
    - Installation CD & more...

so it's somewhere in the middle, not lite but not full either.
