Probably a silly noob question but here goes.
    Ive recently upgraded to a better monitor,from a 17" CTX to 19"SAMSUNG SyncMaster 957p.
I used to run all games @1024x768 @85hz to 1280x1024@60hz.
With new monitor im running @ 100hz at different res settings.
My question is does running @100hz require more resources than say 60,70,80 hz etc running at same res say 1280x1024 for example?
Hope you guys follow what im trying to say.

No. Set the refresh rate as high as you can, your eyes will thank you.
