I am wondering is it possible to combine 2 network links to bridge 2 LANs.

E.g. 2 * 10Mb Links so that traffice from LAN 1 will see it as having a 20Mb link and would send the traffic at 20Mb/sec to LAN 2?

    Yes

But it depends on a device at each end that can handle multiple links. Theses devices do the splitting/combining of packets.

most Wireless WAN links are half-duplex so the 11Mb is the total of traffic in each direction, so you could have each link behaving as one way just by using the near end of Link A the default gateway for one office and the far end of Link B as the default gateway for the other office. This won't get you 20Mb of course but if traffic is even both ways should allow 10Mb each way even if half duplex.
Pro - easy to setup, and heavy traffic in one direction won't stop traffic the other way..

Con - if either link fails then may have network problems, can't use full 20Mb
