    Hello all,

Am considering buying a laptop from Dixons in Derry this weekend.

Most of the laptops come with a 1 year warranty. Will the warranty be void when it's brought back over the border?

    Thanks in advance.

well, it will be valid if you return it to the north where you bought it, or you can go with a toshiba (and possibly sony) which carry international warranties

Do Packard Bell offer international warranties?
