Not asking for democracy, but a bit of respect would be nice. Banning someone for their opinion is a bit over the top.

Not to mention that the opinion expressed was not designed to antagonise any individual. However due to someone disagreeing with your opinion is no reason to ban them from the board

If it was any of the For Sale boards, then it's a valid banning. There are two ways of looking at it:
1) You were banned for posting your opinion
2) You were banned for posting something that is specifically disallowed by the forum's charter.

I'll let you guess which one it was. Hint: it's not the first one.

Eh MazdaMan from reading your post you seem to be indicating a phone is only worth what you can get it with a contract.. You do realise that mobile operators reduce the price of a contract phone by hundreds to get you to go contract?? In other words the phone is not worth that much.. you get it at a huge discount so you pay a monthly fee... All phones are worth what you pay for them sim free... simple as that... There are plenty of phones you can get on contract for FREE does that mean that anyone selling one should likewise give it away for FREE even though it might cost €200 sim free?

Your argument was flawed (read 'totally incorrect and just plain silly' - see Sarumans post above) and you used it to try and force someone to lower their price, consistently posting and spamming his thread, ruining the thread in the process, as everyone ends up telling you how silly you are instead of offering to buy his phone!

This is thread spoiling, a simple enough concept (and swinging us back on topic), a bannable offense!!
