About 5 months ago I got me a motorola V525 after years and years of nokia. I find the motorola is not very user friendy, has bad reception up here in the mountains where I live(When it rings and I answer it It hangs up and says it was a missed call or has terrible reception if it manages to connect), some mornings the alarm just dosen't bother to go off making me late on more than a few occasions.
The main reason for getting the motorola V525 is because the camera on it takes a better quality shot than the nokia in the same class.

Anyone else have an opinion on this mobile?

Got mine about six months ago. Agree with you about bad reception in remote areas. Charger is broken already. Picture quality isn't that great either

There are the same issues with a Moto V300 aswell must be throughout the range.

I've mine about 5/6 months and I've never had a problem with it.
I used to have Nokias and I was reluctant to change but I wouldn't be with out it now. No difference to the quality of the reception and all the other features work fine for me. The camera is excellent quality.
    I'm a happy bunny :D

I have a Motorola V600 and my only real complaint is the phone's inability to vibrate and ring at the same time. It can only vibrate THEN ring.

The V525 is the same. That's another thing I don't much like about it!

    Vibrate then ring function blows...

The vibrate isn't violent enough so i never hear it and the ring isn't loud enough so i never hear it.

The camera on mine is completely f***ed and just gives dreadful quality photos.

Alarm sometimes decides to just not go off

Sometimes when I go to answer it it just hangs up when i hit the answer button.

Reception just keeps disappearing for some reason in dcu and in town.

in general it's not exactly my cup of tea tbh
