    I had planed on getting a Sapphire ATI Radeon 9800 Pro Ultimate 128MB DDR as its fan-less but it out of stock everywhere. So how quiet is the Sapphire ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB. Any comments would be helpful

    mines pretty quiet, not silent, but far from loud/annoying.
    its hard to hear over my processor fan

    Thanks for the advice. If I can't source the ultimate I will go for the pro.

    The arctic cooler vga silencer can make it more or less silent, i have one and on the highest (of 2) settings its still very quiet. I think they are €20odd, even in peats!
