What sort of windows have you at present and why do you want to change them? I know there's grants, but some windows and doors have bad seals, hinges, etc. In my own case with 20 year old PVC windows, French doors and composite door, I changed all the seals, hinges, etc, and it made a huge difference to everything for an absolute fraction of what new windows, doors, would have cost me. Totally satisfied. This made no difference whatsoever to the BER as I was getting other stuff done in the house. This I found ridiculous as did the BER assessor.

Carlson delivered and installed different coloured handles in the same window. Service itself is not great. They wont fix it. They just want housing estates and new builds.
