    Hi all,

I was approached by someone with regard to getting rid of crows and nests that are causing disturbance on their property. I'm not sure I can do anything, my opinion is the crows nests can't be touched as they are all active. Its a commercial property beside a road, so either way shooting was never an option. Also there's no damage to livestock etc, just they are greatly interfering in the running of the property(outside area off limits)

Do they need to apply for an exemption(Sec42), as i can't see any other way to do anything?

    Any suggestions welcome.

Mods, pls remove if not appropriate!

A licence is probably your best bet - the other thing is the young birds will have fledged by the end of May in most cases so any "disruption" won't be that long anyways.
