How to secure Fully Remote (Evening / Weekend Only) or Onsite (Weekend only) - IT or Non-IT jobs?

    I am currently working full-time in Public Sector IT. I think there is scope for me to work part time roles with the below work pattern. Purpose is multiskilling + extra income.

    1. Fully remote (EU wide) evening jobs (6 pm - 11 pm) during week days.
    2. Fully remote (EU wide) or onsite (Dublin only) jobs during weekends.

    What are the chances of getting an IT or Non-IT job with the above work pattern?

    I am currently searching linkedin, IrishJobs, Indeed etc. Any where else to look or post my resume?
