Gen AI training in the workplace

    The company I work for has currently disabled access to generative AI tools for all users, but there are plans to introduce Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat in the new year. We have been supplied little details on how to prepare for this. I’m keen to understand what training and guidance have been provided to others before GenAI went live in your company.

    Specifically, I’m interested in:

    What level of AI training did you get (video, in person, email etc)

    Did you adopt it in your day-to-day workflows

    What usage guidelines, if any, were issued

    If anyone has experienced Gen AI being introduced, I’d appreciate hearing how this has worked for you, do you use it, and any recommendations for preparing to use it
