Electric scribble pad

hi I do a lot of calculations and scribble numbers down while using calculator. Is there such a thing as an electronic scribble pad with built in calculator. I keep finding drawing pads but not sure if that will do the job. I’m useless at electronics so have my pc on and like to work out my percentages manually but fed up…
