Glenveagh have a large site to the North of Maynooth with 750 homes planned https://glenveagh.ie/our-communities/moygaddy-community-hub . It's probably at least 2 years though as it hasn't gone for planning yet and is bound to have a lot of objections/observations which may delay planning being granted.
