glow&warm boiler timer clock not working

hi guys, wondering if anyone has seen this problem before. only 2yrs old glow&warm combi boiler, the analog timer clock moves correctly if we dont set anything pins to on. If I set the pins to be on say from 4am -5am, the clock minute arm stuck at 3:50 and wont move on to the next pin which is 4am, so when I wake up at…

hi guys, wondering if anyone has seen this problem before. only 2yrs old glow&warm combi boiler, the analog timer clock moves correctly if we dont set anything pins to on. If I set the pins to be on say from 4am -5am, the clock minute arm stuck at 3:50 and wont move on to the next pin which is 4am, so when I wake up at 7am, the clock is still at 3:50 and heating was never on. If I then manually move the clock to 4am that works, there is no issue with power, also if I switch it to constant on that works too.
