    As far as I know you'll need to get it mapped by a surveyor or engineer so that title deeds can be generated.

    I'd recommend getting a solicitor to do title searches for the land - to confirm the person selling it actually owns it and if there are any burdens or rights of way on it.

    the land is worth a lot. To you. You will have to pay over market value of it realistically. Dont low ball the seller saying its worthless

    Recently saw a strip 12 foot wide maybe 100 foot sold for 25k plus all the expenses. There was an old ROW that got contested and the law stepped in.
