    Hello

Having a new boiler installed I want to upgrade to smart controls. I've 2 wired zones, 1 water with a system boiler - Bosch GC4700iW. I'd like Geo awareness & wifi integration (preferably without a subscription service) - Any suggestions please?

    Many thanks in advance.

I use the Google Nest. Comes as standard with 2 zones, CH and Water. Managed to install it myself (if you are anyway competent with wiring). Works with w-fi via phone app, and no subscription.

There's talk of nest being discontinued for some older thermostats. Do your research before buying.

Nest is very much US focused in its heating design & expectated installation.
Tado & Drayton Wiser are the 2 I would recommend for UK/Irish heating systems.
