The fact that you're asking implies you're not happy with it yourself. There are many factors to consider though so an answer will be tricky. Have you shopped around?

Low-level management jobs are typically less stressful, I always rate a salary based on the stress a job causes. There's a lot to consider when we don't know your situation.
