I was looking forward to this series but have been very disappointed so far. It's not good to knit at such a rate over 12 hours, bad for the back, and bad for the wrists and shoulders. They knitted swimsuits in Ep.3 and I expected the models to be wearing a sort of leotard thing underneath, but nope they didn't. The female model was obviously embarrassed. The series hasn't even come up in the Arts/Craft forum here.

She did have flesh underwear on, but she was mortified especially with the thong.

Swimwear is the last thing I'd be thinking of knitting, nevermind crochet 🤣

I was expecting the standard to be alot higher. I was actually having this conversation with my mam yesterday, the way some of them hold their needles is like watching 5 year olds learning.

My mam is a very competent knitter and she wizzes at about 10 times the speed...she can't crochet though. 😊

It's easy watching but standard is poor. The German dude or Scottish lass to win I think.

Yes, I'd agree with Holger and Ailsa too. I felt sorry for Meadow as I feel she was only there to be a sacrifice, poor girl. Even on Bake Off they need to have a few less experienced people just to make it easy to vote them off. If they were all brilliant knitters the judges would have a harder time judging. Reality TV is really cruel at times.
