Be interesting to see and experience how this will work. Does it become a race to the bottom or will Eurostar need to up their game ? Last couple of times I travelled in ‘Plus’ ( the rebranded standard premier ) with Eurostar certainly the food service had deteriorated… went from a hot ample light 3 course meal, still marketed as a light meal but was in truth now a cold salad and mini cake….but for higher prices.
