Built a new Irish property site & app — no ads, no fees, just maps

    Hey folks,

    Not sure if this is the right place for it, but I wanted to share something I’ve been working on that might help others in the same boat.

    I’ve been living in Ireland for about five years, and because of my job, I end up moving nearly every year. Every time it’s the same craic — ad-heavy websites, broken filters, old listings, and you’re scrolling half the night trying to find a half-decent place.

    So out of pure frustration (and because I like building websites and mobile apps as a hobby), I decided to make my own platform — Eirent.ie.

    It’s Irish-only, completely free to list, no ads, and everything shows directly on an interactive map. You just set up your profile once and can apply to any ad straight away.

    It’s live now on iOS, and the Android app is coming in about two weeks.

    If you’re renting, buying, or have a place to list, feel free to give it a look and let me know what you think. It’s still small, but I’m hoping it can grow into something useful for everyone here in Ireland.
