Builders noise and dust

There is an apartment block under construction near me.

They often start construction between 6.30am and 7am.

My sleep is usually disrupted by the continuous sound of high pitch beeping like the sound of a vehicle reversing. This starts immediately and might last for an hour or more! Who do I raise this issue with in city council or elsewhere?

    Tnx

County councils normally set the permissible hours for construction so I assume you need to call them if you want to make a complaint. For example, Fingal Co Council set them as 7am to 7pm on weekdays.

Expect the council to not be very helpful.
