I want an AI Assistant on my phone but there doesnt seem to be a way to get either of the two main ones to shut the fcuk up!
Every question you ask they both start shouting the answer for all to hear, you tell them to never speak again and they promise to be text only from now on then they go straight back to shouting, and it is shouting, they seem to override the volume so they're twice as loud as other apps.
There is nothing in the Gemini settings about turning off voice, Copilot doesnt seem to have a settings menu even though it will happily lie and say its in the top corner. I dont believe this tbh, all I want is to be able to speak my question to one of them and have the text appear on the screen but it looks like this just isnt possible.
