VOIP and voicemails

    I have a VOIP number through IrishVoip.com.

Currently all voicemails are going to my email but these get cut off after 30 seconds and there is no personalised voice message.

Ideally I'd have a standalone VOIP desk phone, registered to this VOIP number. If I don't answer, a personalised message is played and then the caller can leave a voicemail. Also, need to be able to access these voicemails remotely.

    What is the best solution?
