When we went down the path of obtaining permission we were refused due to the monument. Even though the pre planning meeting was seen as a benefit and a positive. The Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage ultimately stopped us from proceeding. Now the site is worthless according to the estate agent as it has a previous rejection. We will be going to buy a house instead moral of the story think twice before trying to build near a protected structures or monument.

An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
