Dehumidifier

I have a property that has been unused in recent years.

When I go there, I notice an itch, probably from dust mites/mould spores present in the property.

If I can't be there all the time, how can I resolve this issue?

Would a dehumidifier work for me?

    All responses greatly appreciated.
