Site lines on a planning drawing

    Request has come back for sight lines onto a 80 km/h road; 160m each way

    Scale need to be 1:500 so what size paper do I need for that? Looks like A1 portrait

    Do I need to accurately portray the road for the full 320m. its a pretty busy road so could be dangerous standing with a staff on the white line!

    Could I buy a custom OSI map for the section?

    will fit easily on A1. Might squeeze it on to A2 diagonally.
    but why bother, a1 is a more common size and scales better.

    Thanks Mellor, Just wondering why the LOS on the left is the to the near side yellow line as traffic is moving away?
