Replacing Huawei P with Xiaomi Redmi Note 14?

My Huawei P needs replacing as banking App is complaining and the battery needs constant charging.

I don't want to spend much over €200 and I saw the Xiomi Note 14 ( not the pro) in my price range.

Anyone know if that would be a reasonable replacement/upgrade for the Huawei ?

How old is the Huawei? What is the exact model? The Note 14 would have fast charge and longer range for a start.

It is a model P smart from 2019. I am keen to use either HN or Currys because i have a gift voucher i want to use by the end of the year.

Specs have chanced a lot in 6 years but the Xiomi Note 14 seems reasonable at the price. The only other options at this price level that I see ibnstore are the Samsung A16 or A17 or the Honor 200.

For either of those shops it's probably the best value and definitely an upgrade on the P smart.

I have the Honor 200 lite. Having issues with notifications in general and banking. For the notifications it's hit and miss, sometimes I get them and sometimes I don't. As for the banking it was working ok and now it's terrible. Find it hard to log in on the EBS banking app, and don't get the push notification when I'm purchasing online

Thanks for that. I had seen it ,in Currys i think, so will avoid.
