Does anybody know where I coudl get something like this

    https://www.showerdoc.com/thermostatic-bar-mixer-chrome-reversed-inlets-sd-bvalve-1005

on a shorter lead time? Delivery not for about 5 weeks on that. It is good that you don't need to pay UK VAt though, just Irish and the an post fee.

THe shower is dripping a bit, so I was thinking I might just get a new one as the house was plumbed wrong when we bought it. I turned the current shower upside and it was doing ok until it started dripping. I know some showers have a special cartridge you can buy to reverse them, but that seems to be expensive showers and the cartridges are €100-200 also.

I'm in the same boat for a different part (a thermostatic valve). There seems to be several UK plumbing spares suppliers that you can search for part numbers but I don't see any from Ireland. I had to go through an extra customs payment with DPD to get the part I wanted delivered from the UK.

Yeah I'm thinking I'll get the plumber to reverse the outlets on the pump, as I don't think it serves anything else. Sometimes then the kitchen tap turns on it tries to kick in but I think this is an error due to air in the system or something.

Got the plumber to reverse connections on the pump, was the easiest option as nothing else connected to pump. Just in case anyone ends up here on a search!
