Certificate in strength and conditioning

    Hi,

    Im interested in doing a certificate in strength and conditioning through SETU in Carlow. (NFQ level 7)

    It’s a 12 week part time course which seems like a short time for a level 7.

    It interests me as I would like to work as a trainer but would also like the option to progress in to sports science in the future

    Basically I’m wondering if this would qualify me to work in a gym while also providing a pathway to do a sport science degree in the future or is it a waste of time?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
