    An "outrovert" is a recently coined term by psychiatristDr. Rami Kaminski for 

    a personality type that is neither a pure introvert nor a pure extrovert, but rather an independent and authentic individual who is drained by group conformity rather than group interaction itself

    . Unlike introverts who withdraw to recharge, outroverts are energized by independent thought and emotional autonomy, preferring deep one-on-one connections over surface-level chatter or large group dynamics. They are often empathetic, intelligent, and serve as "outsiders" or free thinkers who can challenge the dangers of "groupthink" with their unique perspective.
