Hi I just moved to Bord Gais for electricity, my first bill has arrived, it provides the meter readings but doesnt provide the date of the readings. All my previous suppliers provided this. Is this the new normal?

The end date shown under 'Electricity Usage' at the top of your bill is the date of the meter reading or estimate.
