    What's the normal or accepted wait time to have a question answered in help desk?

    Help Desk threads can be replied to by anyone, unlike Dispute Resolution threads for instance.

    To answer your question - I guess it depends what you're asking (level of complexity or subject matter raised) and the quality of replies may vary but anyone can post to it.

    I see you have another help desk thread, as it appears to be directed at specific mods you may have better luck PMing them directly.
