I'm going to need stem and bars for my Standert frame and I'd like to go carbon for lightness and maybe more comfort. If anyone has anything nice? Or sees a nice bargain for me.

Probably 40 wide or so and a 100 stem ideally.

I know your a man who likes his lightweight stuff but Not sure if this what your looking for but I have a extralite 100mm stem, pretty sure it's 6 degree, they didnt' have the multiple options when I was buying like they do now.

Can get pictures if you want . 80 euro.

Just remembered too I have a set of Pro superlight aero handlebars in the shed too (again nice and light!), 38cm wide, lovely bar, sort of tapered tube in the drops. https://r2-bike.com/PRO-Handlebar-Vibe-Carbon-Aero-Superlight-Rennrad-318-mm-380-mm

Would be looking for 200 for these, or if you wanted stem and them could do 250 for the pair.

Also have a Berk Lupina saddle if you want more really lightweight stuff 😂

Sound Joey. The frameset will be a month or so delivery so I've time to look around, but they sound nice alright.

What kind of use have they got / mileage on em?

And hung for a sheep/lamb, what's the deal on the saddle. Which one is it exactly and what colour?

    What's your geographical situation?

Stem has little use, bought it for a project but that frame wasn't even built up before I got something else.

Bars have more use but on the wife's summer bike, but she upgraded that then to integrated bars so haven't been used in a while.

Berk is a lupina 145 I think, black with black leather and some cushioning! Be 80 euro for this saddle. So say 300 total for full set (bars, stem, saddle, rep for all 3 be closer to 700 euro).

Based in north county Dublin but happy to meet up. No rush at all.

    Right, just to pin the saddle down, there's a Lupina 132, a 150, a short 132, short 144 and a short 150.

I'm a long time riding a 143mm Romin or similar so be good to know what dem apples are.

Apologies, I just found the receipt there, it's a Berk Lupina Padded 150mm. It's definitely not the short version, that's a newer model than mine.

What diameter you looking for? Have an old zipp one in the shed, can double check. It's nothing special tho!

Sorry about not getting back to you on the above Joey. But the cancellation of the Standert frame they were to go on has changed my plans. Still on the look out for an alternative frameset, or else upgrade the aluminium finishing kit on the CAAD.

Not a bother, seen your post alright about the Standert, that's pretty crappy from them. Hope you get sorted with something nice, the new blackheart alu frames seem to be available now in Europe, they look nice but missing that 'cool' factor the Standert has.

Didn't want to interfere with this as it seemed all the answers were in one place… Sorry to hear about the Standert, they're nice bikes. I have a set of carbon bars, Deda Electa - 40cm centre to centre …. little use as I found them small for me.

Anyhow, Joey100 would you mind posting a shot of the saddle. I might be able to convince myself I need another one.

Saddle sounds great but I'm not sure it's fit.

I'll take the stem off you though.
