My office moved two weeks ago from the North Side to near Sydney Parade.

For the past two weeks. I have gotten the train. But I cannot but a weekly ticket.

The counter is closed and unmanned when I get my train at 6:34 am.

I have tried to buy from the ticket machine. But it will only sell daily tickets to Sydney Parade. I have tried the Irish Rail website. But they cannot sell me a weekly ticket and refer me to the station.

So how do I buy a weekly ticket?

Weekly tickets haven't been available for three months in the wider Dublin commuter area, which Laytown is in.

Use a Leap card and it will cap out at the equivalent cost. Also, you really should get a Taxsaver ticket if you're paying income tax, particularly if on higher rate as the savings on 5 day commutes are absolutely huge.

Thank you. That is really helpful. I need to look into getting a tax saver ticket.
