    Hi Everyone

I have done a few interviews on the old competency based framework but never on the capability framework. I might have an interview in the not too distant future (not confirmed yet and will depend how quick things move in my area). Just wondering if anyone has any tips on what to expect and ow the structure of interview might be different. Not sure what to expect to be honest.

    thanks everyone

This new capability framework confuses me also. I'm trying to prep a HEO application using it. And my friends are prepping for EO . I did a bit of chat gbt on it. And asked for examples on it. Just your general give me examples of values in capability framework , give me examples of knowledge in capability framework.
TBH i pulled out about 8 examples out of each and I think I have a better understanding of what they are looking for. Our place of business is actually giving day long courses on how to fill out the forms so I'll be interested on whether I have a good grasp of it. Best of luck with it anyway.
