Window screw missing and now window does not closs

Moved into a new place and the window won't close properly.
A screw at the top is missing. I tried to take a bottom screw out to see if it would work but appears to be broken now.
Are these screws standard? They appear to sit i
nto a small metal plate where hinge is.
