RSA HEO Recruitment 2025

    Does anyone have any information on this current recruitment competition? Or any information on working for RSA in comparison with Civil Service? For example, is blended working, Flexi-time or Shorter Working Year offered?

    Not sure I'd love to know the same. I believe RSA and Council are trying to reduce blended working. Flexi is available but harder to avail of in higher grades with meetings etc. Best of luck 👍

    There are apparently multiple bands shortlisted for interview. They are progressing with band 1 interviews first before calling band 2 for interview.

    Hi I am just wondering if anyone heard anything back yet? Does anyone know when people will hear if they got on the panel or not?

    I got through first round of interviews and had to do presentation but didn't ask what the next steps or timeline is.
