Items missing from delivery

I'm posting here in the hopes that someone may come across this who's had a similar experience.

I ordered 3 items from www.farmaciasdirect.eu. I've used them several times in the past. This time though the parcel arrived badly damaged and 2 items were missing. Since then I've tried and tried to get help. The only contact method is a contact form on their website. I've completed 3 of those to no response. I've messaged them on Twitter and I've also tagged them in a post on Twitter. No response to anything. I found an email address on their Instagram but an auto response directs me to use the contact form again.

Can anyone advise what my next steps are?

ETA I also found a phone number but it's Spanish or Portuguese so I can't understand it!

If you can't contact anyone at the company or they don't reply then you should check with whoever you used to pay and see if you can arrange a charge back.

Is there any tape on the package? It may be that it was opened by customs and product seized if they believe prescriptions were required?

No, someone made a half effort with some brown packing tape but it was just a non prescription cosmetic cream. Not an official opening by any means.

I'll ask the obvious - did you write the message in Spanish?

If not, it might not have been read.

Very easy to use Google translate and copy the translation into the contact form.

Be short, be precise, add photos if you can and make sure you add your order reference
