Hi hope this is in the right place. Looking for some advice. Have a h96 max android tv stick. Seems to be working fine but I can't pair it with the remote control. It says to hold down the left and right button to pair for 10 seconds but this isn't doing anything. Have checked batteries so it's not that. I can't get into the settings of the stick to do a factory reset as I can't work the remote! Any advice appreciated thanks

could you download an app on the phone to control the stick to get you over that hurdle? I have one on my android that works. It has ads but I use it when I cant find the amazon one.

To rule out a fault with signal coming from remote, point your camera on your phone to the front of the remote and press some buttons on it, you should be able to see the infra red on the phone when buttons are pressed.

Tried This tv isn't a smart tv so doesn't have Bluetooth for the apps to work as it can't find it!
