For the larger hole, mix up a 5:1 mix of cement and mortar sand, add in small dash of washing-up liquid (in lieu of plasticiser if you don't have it) and then apply it into the hole leaving it nice and flat. Leave it 20 mins and then rub it lightly with a damp sponge to bring out the small stones and match the existing finish.

For the smaller holes, mix up ~40% mortar sand with 60% Toupret and apply it. Brush it with a damp sponge after 15 mins.

Both these methods worked very well for me with various cracks, holes and failed renders.
