myenergi App data very wrong after firmware update

I have a zappi, a harvi and 16 PV panels.

The myenergi was never accurate so about 2 months ago i updated the Zappi firmware and it went from 20-30% wrong to totally wrong. There was another firmware update a few weeks back so i updated to that thinking that would improve it but no luck. 3 firmware updates and still the same. Compared to before the Zappi and app rarely show any import or export. 99% of the time i look at it the zappi/app shows 0 current import and 0 export.

The Harvi appears connected from the information page as it shows no fault.

Anyone have any idea what could be the cause or how to rectify.

Current firmware that i installed recently is v5.736.

Can you do a factory reset and then leave it at that?

I haven't once updated the zappi firmware since I got it and it's been spot on since.

Is the Harvi properly connected and is the CT fully clipped onto the L wire? Any chance that the core is broken in the CT?

Harvi seems connected to the same cable it always was which is the live after the meter. I did notice that the clamp on the harvi is far too big for the cable its on.

The harvi is flashing green which should mean normal status.

Any other thoughts. Being honest here i never had accurate readings. before i would see that i was exporting KW all night long when it was impossible. Time is right on the Zappi so no idea why it happened and why it stopped.

Try replace the CT?

Installation is only a couple of years old so might as well get on to the installer first and see what they say.

Exporting all night long would indicate it on backwards. (also being too big isn't an issue)

it intermittently use to do this now it is rare it shows any import/export.

When the electric shower use to be on you could see the import showing on the Zappi and also when the sun was beating down you could see the export.

That's why I don't think it's a reversed CT.

My MyEnergi set up with to pot overnight recently (initially it was eddi / immersion issues) but once i update firmware and cocked up settings it was worse than useless. The myenergi team were brilliant to set the system back up and get me back working.

Give them a buzz and put 30 mins aside, I was running between Zappi and Eddie and hub.
