Issues Uploading to VHI Website

    Was just trying to submit a claim via the VHI app and got a message saying Google was recommending password change. I ignored it(!) and after I attempted to log in got a very strange message on my screen telling me my password could NOT be reset and to do a factory reset on my phone (!!!). I got out of that and went to my PC where an attempt to upload a receipt met with complete failure..
