    Hi all

Need the right hand shifter and may as well get the left (as left is bit off anyway)

Cable seems to have broken in behind the mechanism on the right.

Mine are older Shimano 105 - 5800 series.
I believe the 7000 series and 8000 series are compatible.

Need in a bit of a rush, so if anyone has in Leinster so south Ulster - I will collect.
Have a big spin planned Saturday and this is bad timing.

Otherwise i'll just have to get for full whack on Friday. Cheers all

Out of interest was yours anything like the below pic where the cable sawed through the housing? Terrible design from Shimano.

This also happened my Shimano 105 levels last year, was able to get the cable guides from a shop in Wexford but couldn't source the main body they sit into anywhere. Reconstructed the right lever using epoxy putty which has held strong for the past year but the left was worse and the high tension on the cable broke through the putty on first use so haven't used the front mechanism since.
