There needs to be a discussion about the over moderation on the Radio Forum

Seriously, I have now been warned about the following

RTÉ looks forward to Joe Duffy’s contribution to its 100th year commemoration in 2026.

And based on other retiring RTÉ staff often they end up working on a variety of projects on Radio.

There seems to be this mismatch as to what a thread is, a thread branches out and largely threads back together.

for some reason any complaint or minor comment on RTÉ or their staff or former staff must go to the "RTÉ Megathread" the mods seem not to realize that such a thread exists already for nearly a decade in the current affairs/IMHO form.

@squonk @Leg End Reject are the mods, I am tired of their over moderation, hence why I posted after having a post deleted.

There is nothing wrong other than my complaint about the over moderation of the radio forum.

The over the top moderating of the thread, someone mentioned something and I replied, that's what a thread is, the reasoning the mod gave for stopping the conversation was to suggest that Joe had left radio and RTÉ fully, yet RTÉ clearly points out that he will continue to work for RTÉ into 2026 in celebration of 100 years of broadcasting (Radio) in 2026. There was nothing wrong in the Reponses to what was said in the thread, which the thread would have fairly quickly moved from what had been said about Joe.

If this is a general complaint, my understanding is this would belong in Feedback, not DRP.
